Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 July 2026

By using Lexfall you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. The service

Lexfall is a vocabulary-learning app offering daily words, practice games, widgets and reminders across selectable fields (Medicine, Law, Business, General C2). We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You may use Lexfall with or without an account. If you create one via Apple or Google, you're responsible for activity under it. Keep your sign-in secure.

3. Subscriptions & billing

4. Educational content — no professional advice

Lexfall's definitions and examples, including medical and legal vocabulary, are for language learning only. They are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and must not be relied on for clinical, legal, or professional decisions. We work to keep content accurate but do not warrant it is error-free.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no reverse-engineering, scraping, reselling, or using it to break the law. Don't attempt to disrupt the service or other users.

6. Your content

Words you add ("your own words") remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and display them to you within the app.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its curated content are owned by us or our licensors. Open-data sources (e.g. WordNet, Wiktionary) are used under their respective licences.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using Lexfall and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Questions: gc.peysack@gmail.com.
